It is a “Blue Psych” pattern concept manufactured by Platter-Pak, Model #740.

Condition is listed as Good to VG, with only a couple of minor issues.

Overall there are some slight staining/discoloration on the surfaces. Together with some scuffs and wear on the bottom (See pics).

There is also a circled #2 on the top of the lid.

Lid lifts with solid hinges and front clasp also works without issue. However, the lid does not quite sit straight and closes off center a little. May have had some slight water damage and dried a little out of shape.

However, the overall condition is still solid.
