TRE SPADE, an Italian company, is one of the world's four largest coffee mill manufacturers.

They produce many unique, stylishly designed coffee mills, characteristic of Italy.

This model, like many others, features an ivory body with a touch of blue for a refreshing and sophisticated look.

TRE SPADE, founded in 1894, is one of the few manufacturers still producing coffee mills, despite changes in ownership.

Condition

The paint on the mill body is still in good condition, although there is some paint loss in places.

The plating on the top lid and handle has deteriorated.

It retains a vintage feel, yet remains a beautiful piece.

-The grind size is adjusted in the opposite direction compared to mills from other manufacturers.

While pressing the switch at the bottom of the handle, turn clockwise for a coarse grind, and counterclockwise for a fine grind.

Please be careful not to make a mistake.

-The handle also contains a small bearing ball for a more comfortable grind.

If you disassemble the handle, be careful not to lose it.

The internal mill teeth are less likely to wear, providing a smooth grind.

For optimal use, we disassemble, clean, adjust, and reassemble the mill in our shop.

We do not use industrial chemicals for cleaning; instead, we use gentle citric acid and baking soda for cleaning.

*We perform a test grind at our shop to ensure your peace of mind. Please note that some coffee grounds may remain inside the grinder.
