This is the original jacket/jersey that started an entire new product class: the Gabba. It's a water-resistant short-sleeve jacket that's equally ideal for dry conditions. Made to be worn with arm warmers, it allows you to keep your core warm without overheating.

In 2010 Castelli introduced the Gabba to professional riders and changed the way they race in rain and cold, as well as how they train in cool conditions. The Gabba also became a go-to piece for everyday cyclists due to its ability to keep the core warm and dry without overheating.
The latest Gabba is the fifth generation and is essentially waterproof while maintaining exceptional breathability and wind protection. It uses two Castelli-exclusive GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® fabrics: a warmer, fully protective fabric on the front, shoulders, and sleeves, and a lighter, more breathable, and stretchier fabric on the back for optimal comfort and ventilation.
The "2" version includes updates such as a two-way YKK® Vislon® zipper for better ventilation control, improved rear reflectivity, repositioned shoulder seams, and increased pocket capacity. Typically worn over a base layer and jersey, and paired with arm warmers, the Gabba RoS 2 is a must-have piece for autumn and spring riding.
Find Your Perfect Size
To choose the correct size for your jacket, measure your chest and waist in cm or inches, as shown in the chart.
- Chest (A): Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape horizontal. Breathe normally—don’t pull too tight.
- Waist (B): Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
- Compare your measurements with the size chart (XS–3XL). If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort, or the smaller for a closer/race fit.
- Tip: Measure over a thin base layer similar to what you’ll wear while riding.
