Mercedes-Benz CLK C209 - Keyless-GO Wood Shift Knob w/ Boot. Hard to find Walnut Burl keyless go shift knob and boot for W209 CLK, and likely also W203 C-Class. Much nicer looking than the original plastic item most cars had.

Sadly there's a long crack on the back side that reaches towards the front, but its still useable and holds together.
