Rocky Top Comics Terms and Conditions

Shipping: I only ship via USPS priority mail to ensure that you receive your comic book as safely as possible. If your book is under $100, full insurance is included automatically. Additional insurance and/or required signature can be purchased on your behalf, please just reach out to me prior to paying. I always combine shipping on multiple items at no additional cost to you, up to the number of books that can be safely shipped in 1 box (typically 3-4 CGC graded books, depending on size). Each additional box required for shipping multiple items is $15. If you win multiple auctions or add multiple items to your cart, please request an updated invoice from me so I may apply your discount. If for any reason you overpay for shipping (which sometimes happens with auto-pay), no worries - I will simply refund you the amount owed back to you!

Handling: My default handling time is 7 business day, but I typically ship within 3. My goal is to ensure the safety and integrity of your book(s); as a one-man operation with many other responsibilities, my handling time can sometime vary. Do not take delays as a sign of any issue, and please reach out if you ever have a concern. 

Returns: I do not accept returns on any graded comics books. However, don't be alarmed - my number 1 goal is to make sure that you are happy. In the rare event that you have an issue, about anything at all, reach out to me and I will make it right.

Comic Descriptions:  Because CGC graded comics have already been authenticated by CGC, I do not include any notes on condition, page quality, defects, restoration, conservation, or qualification. Grader notes can be accessed for free at the CGC website using the provided certification number. 

Offers: On buy-it-now listings, I will sometimes have the "make an offer" option enabled. If so, I am actively entertaining offers slightly below my asking price. Generally speaking, if the "make an offer" option is not enabled, I am not actively entertaining offers outside of my asking price. However, I am always willing to discuss any book(s) you are interested in and am sometimes able to make "bundle" deals if multiple items are purchased. If you have a question, simple reach out.
