Honda:

- B and D series engines require "top hat" adapters for the fuel injectors (not included)
- Some tuning may be required depending on your application/setup
Installation method
The installation of electric fuel injectors can be carried out according to the following steps:
1. Replace the damaged sealing gasket, sealing ring, and injector O-ring, and apply lubricating oil on the injector O-ring.
2. Install the fuel injector into the fuel distribution pipe and attach the retaining spring.
3. Install the fuel injector bracket onto the fuel distribution pipe.
4. Install the fuel injector into the injection port on the cylinder block, and install the fuel distribution pipe on the intake pipe. Tighten the bolt with a torque of 10N · m.
5. Install the vacuum pipe on the fuel pressure regulator.
6. Install the intake hose and return pipe, and tighten the fixing nuts.
7. Install the idle control valve and connecting body, and tighten the bolts with a torque of 10N · m.
8. Install the plug for the fuel injector and the plug for the idle control valve. If the engine is directly injected into the cylinder, simply insert it directly into the cylinder; If it is not direct injection in the cylinder, it is usually inserted into the intake ventilation pipe.
The above steps provide the basic installation process for an electric fuel injector.
