No logo on the hub or wheel. 
Markings read: "041 97 172.5 . TUBULAR."  So...marked for tubular tires?

Front carbon fiber wheel with an aluminum alloy rim and brake line.

Aluminum alloy bladed spokes with recessed nipples and heads.
