Laptop has been refurbished, meaning that is has been taken apart and internals were fully cleaned, any components that needed to be replaced were so with new components, also brand new thermal paste has been reapplied to the processors for improved heat management. Full diagnostics tests have been ran and you can see the results in the photos. 

Laptop is able to upgrade to Windows 11 if you choose to, or if you want me to do that prior to shipping it out just let me know.
