This card is from the tough to find 1977 Topps Mexican Set, which was a version put out by Topps printed in Spanish, available in Mexico only.  

Low Production.

Card does have Gum Stain as the Mexican packs had 2 cards per pack.  1 of the 2 was touching the gum and usually resulted in some staining.
