"Young Technician" (Russian: Юный Техник) is a Soviet and Russian monthly children's and youth magazine about science and technology.
Founded in Moscow in 1956 as an illustrated scientific and technical magazine of the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League and the Central Council of the All-Union Pioneer Organization named after V. I. Lenin for pioneers and schoolchildren on the initiative of V. N. Bolohovitinov, who became its first editor-in-chief.
