Bottom is a thong. Top has basic pads built into it. The the top has strings for the arms to go into and it ties in the back, it also ties in the front above the breast and can be made tighter or can loosen as needed.. the bottom is a thong and does not have tie strings, it's meant to hang up on the hip area.
