This is a USS Michigan SSBN-727 patch and sticker.

***I don't know how old the sticker is so I am unsure of it's adhesiveness ****

Domestic postage and packaging is via USPS Ground Advantage rate with tracking.

Please disregard ebay's delivery estimates. They do not deliver the mail, the post office does and they are slow.  Check your tracking on the post office site.
