Bio and Background: 

David Davidson – Writer (1908–1985) was active from the early days of radio and live TV drama through the mid-1960s. He was also a novelist and journalist who sometimes wrote under the pseudonym Albert Sanders. 

Known for The Alcoa Hour (1955), Tales of Tomorrow (1951) and Playhouse 90 (1956). He received a Writers Guild of America Award in 1970 for his documentary script, The Ship That Wouldn't Die: The U.S.S. Franklin. He also earned a Primetime Emmy Award nomination in 1956 for an original teleplay for Goodyear Television Playhouse.
