Tips 1: Test before installation

When testing, do not remove any protective films or labels. Please pay attention to the static electricity problem. Before attempting any repairs, be sure to wear an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) strap. This will prevent static electricity from damaging the electronic components inside the mobile phone. Make sure you wear goggles and be careful not to cut your fingers with glass shards.

Tips 2: Simulation test

Screen replacement is a very fragile product. We strongly recommend testing before installation. Please conduct a simulation test. This means that the mobile phone is separated (mainboard + LCD or screen), the audio cable is connected and replaced with a new one, power on, and the test is completed. If the test is successful, please install. If it cannot be displayed, please contact us immediately. And please do not force it to be installed on your mobile phone. Once the screen is installed, we will not be responsible for after-sales service.

Tip 3: Do not bend the cable excessively

Please ensure that the LCD cable is not overly bent. Bending over 90 degrees will result in a black display.

 

Regarding warranty

 

If the display is abnormal after installation, such as: black screen without display, screen flickering, lines, leakage, screen cracking, screen bursting, flat cable breakage, etc., it will not be covered by warranty. Abnormal display after installation is all due to damage to the inner screen of the LCD, which is caused by human damage or external force and is not a quality issue. It is not within the scope of after-sales service!

 

Regarding signature for receipt

 

When signing for the screen package, you must open it on the spot for inspection (please sign for it in person). If there is any damage or quantity issue, please refuse to sign or accept the package immediately. Please contact customer service for verification and handling as soon as possible! For example, if you sign for or have someone else collect the goods without inspection, it is assumed that the goods are in good condition. If you report screen damage after signing for the goods, we will not be responsible. The risk will be borne by the recipient!

 

Regarding installation

 

Before installation, test the motherboard bare machine with the ribbon cable. If there are any problems during the test, please suspend the installation and contact our customer service in time for handling. (Any damage caused during the installation process or after installation will not be covered by after-sales service.)
