Please thoroughly inspect the goods before signing the papers and do not sign the delivery papers if the goods have been damaged in any way, the company will not be responsible for if the delivery is signed for and reported afterwards .

 This is made to order bed, therefore once the order has been dispatched, we will not accept return due to colour and size or bed dimension not fitting in your bedroom.

 It's important to us that you're happy with your purchase. however if there is any fault in any item, please contact us before leaving feedback, we will resolve the issue by sending replacement bed or collect the bed and refund you payment within 30 days. The product should be in original packaging and mattresses are strictly non-returnable once they have been used/slept as per consumer contracts Regulation by Law. Any damage report after 24 hours will not be accepted.
