Shipping is within 3 business days, Monday to Friday via express courier (unless otherwise stated in the listing). Delivery of the products will take place to the address provided by the buyer in the time and manner provided by the express courier (we are not responsible for any delays due to the courier)

Tracking code will only be delivered upon request and from the day after shipment. If your package is stranded or in stock we will notify you and do our utmost. possession to overcome the impasse.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract / order concluded on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.

The right of withdrawal lapses:

- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (package and/or its contents)
- Also partial use of the good and any consumables
- Lack of original outer packaging and/or inner packaging
- Lack of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
- Damage to the product due to causes other than transport

In the cases listed above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.
Customers who purchase with VAT number and those who purchase custom goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address below. The Communication may also be sent, within the same period, by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours.

The Communication must contain:

- The manifestation of willingness to take advantage of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree no. No. 185 of May 22, 1999
- Indication of the product(s) for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
- Your bank account details (this is to allow the return of the amount due).
