It is titled An Act in Addition to and in Alteration of An Act Relating to Electors and Elections, passed by the General Assembly of the State of Connecticut, May session 1868, with the Amendment of 1869. This rare 15-page booklet describes the election process in Connecticut shortly after the conclusion of the Civil War. It measures 5 5/8" x 3 1/2".
In good as found original condition with intact string binding and spine. Has some expected age-related wear such as discoloration, small creases, spotting on the pages and softening of the edges. See photos for exact condition.
