We handcraft each leather armor set individually, based on your exact measurements. Because every piece is custom-made, we don’t accept returns.

If any issue arises, we’ll work closely with you to resolve it. If a problem occurs due to our mistake, we’ll gladly remake the item at no additional cost.

Throughout the production process, we stay in touch with you at every stage, ensuring that your measurements are correct and your armor fits perfectly. We put great care into accuracy — our fitting success rate is 99%.

Since we are a small business and only work on a made-to-order basis, we don’t keep leather and accessories in stock. We purchase everything after receiving an order and then assemble the armor. Therefore, we request you to allow a margin of 5–10% variation in color. At times, the design of buckles or rivets may also change, though the chances of this are only around 20%.

The sizes we have listed are made exactly according to the given measurements. Therefore, before placing an order, please discuss your size with us. This is important because, in the case of big or tall sizes, we may need to make slight design adjustments. We will inform you of any changes before cutting the leather, and we will only proceed once you approve.
