Moca Auto Parts offers warranty on our products. All we require is proof of order to begin a warranty claim. We guarantee that our products are a direct fit and our raw materials are of the best grade. Our warranty promises our customers the following:

1) You may return the product for EXCHANGE ONLY given that the product is not abused and has been used under normal driving conditions.

2) Customers returning product must be responsible for shipping cost involved with the return.

3) Our warranty is strictly limited to the part ONLY. MOCA is not responsible for any other expenses such as labor, rent a car expenses and any other miscellaneous expenses.

4) MOCA Auto parts will inspect the part, and we guarantee a quick and fair warranty analysis.

1. We only ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses. Your PAYPAL address must match your Shipping address.

2. Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

3. Shipments traveling within the continental United States will be shipped via FedEx/Ups.

4. Any FREE shipping applies only to the continental United States (48 states)
