DIRECTIONS OF USE
Rinse hair thoroughly. Apply shampoo and massage into hair and scalp. Leave in hair for two minutes to allow deep penetration and maximum absorption of nutrients, then rinse and repeat as needed. After shampooing, follow with Conditioner. Leave the conditioner on 1-2 minutes. Rinse.
MASK: Apply mask from roots to ends. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use the hair mask at least once a week. But if your hair feels or looks drier or more damaged than usual, increase to twice or three times a week.
