New and never used transparent/clear backpacks

These are labeled: "Outside lands Golden Gate Park San Francisco" and appear to be a souvenir from the festival. 

Folded flat, these measure approximately: 14" x 19" and I'm guessing don't expand that wide probably around 8 inch at the most, give or take a few inches.
