Save on shipping by purchasing several sauces from us. You only pay $1.75 in shipping for each additional sauce ordered. Free shipping on all orders over $120!

Orders will be processed on a business day (Monday to Friday) basis after payment has been received and verified. Orders received before midday on a business day will normally be processed and shipped on the same day of purchase.

We ship orders via Australia Post and Sendle and select the delivery method that is most appropriate for the delivery address.

For delivery to east coast capital cities, please allow two to four business days. Delivery to regional areas (including Tasmania) can take between five and ten business days depending on location. Delivery to Western Australia and remote locations can take up to three weeks. Please note that eBay delivery dates are only an estimate.

Returns Information

Items may be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as they are received by us in their original condition and are suitable for resale. The buyer must pay for the cost of return shipping. A refund will be issued once the returned item has been received by us and we determine that it is suitable for resale as a "Brand New" item.

Please note that we can accept no responsibility for items that are damaged or destroyed while being returned to us and we are unable to issue a refund if this occurs.

If an order is returned to us as a result of not being collected from Australia Post within ten (10) business days from the date of attempted delivery, the customer will be liable for any shipping charge payable by us as a consequence of the order being returned. In addition, a $5 restocking fee will be charged if the order is then cancelled by the customer. If the customer would like the order sent to them again, they must pay the cost of return shipping before it is dispatched by us.
