The new version of Saucony's flagship motion control shoe, the Stabil, is now more than 60 grams lighter than the previous model, and compared to some other traditional motion control shoes on the market, is much more flexible and less clumpy. It is now in line with most of Saucony's other road shoes in terms of the heel to forefoot height, now reduced from 12mm to 8mm, giving those that need the highest amount of over-pronation support the opportunity to experience a more natural foot strike in the shoe. The midsole cushioning system is now also 30% lighter than before, but just as durable, giving a plush, comfortable ride.
