Treat your concrete the professional way. MSP BOND is a reactive liquid emulsion designed to dramatically reduce water uptake in cementitious products while keeping the concrete breathable. It chemically reacts within the concrete pore structure to form an internal water-repellent resin — protecting against driving rain, reducing efflorescence and helping prevent spalling from trapped moisture. Use it as an admixture during batching or as a ready-to-use (RTU) surface coating — extremely versatile for production and on-site refurbishment.
Two ways to use: add to fresh concrete mixes as an admixture or apply direct to finished surfaces as an RTU coating.

Admixture: Add MSP BOND to fresh concrete mixes during batching to produce water-repellent concrete units (blocks, pavers, bricks, precast). Dosage and batching guidance should follow Carbusonic technical recommendations — contact us for the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for exact dosing per application. Typical dose is 1.0% per 100kg of cement
RTU coating: Apply directly to clean, sound concrete surfaces as a stand-alone liquid coating. Ideal for on-site refurbishment of renders, steps, patios, brick & block walls and existing paving.
Preparation (both methods): Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of oil, laitance, loose material and heavy contamination. For production use, follow batching & dosing procedures. Always test a small, inconspicuous area first.
As an Admixture: Add during mixing in accordance with recommended dosage Typical dose is 1.0% per 100kg of cement. Ensure uniform dispersion.
As RTU Coating: Apply evenly over the prepared surface — saturate the substrate for best results. For porous substrates multiple passes may be needed. Allow recommended cure time before exposing to heavy weather or traffic. Clean tools with water immediately after use. 3-5m2 per litre
Coverage varies with substrate porosity, texture and method of application. For best results, test a small area and consult Carbusonic’s Technical Data Sheet for guidance on expected coverage 3-5m2 per litre and dosing for both admixture and coating uses. Typical dose is 1.0% per 100kg of cement.
