One of the more difficult tasks with the modern 4-stroke motocross bike is making fine adjustments to the fuel screw. If your bike is making popping sounds or idling a little higher than normal, you might just need to adjust your fuel screw that is located under your float bowl of your carb (see photo). The problem is you can't reach this stock screw without loosening the carb boots and rotating the carb so you can get to it with a small screw driver. That is a heck of a lot to do just to make a small adjustment to this screw. Make your life easier by replacing your stock few screw with this adjustable one so you can adjust it on the fly and make fine adjustments to it to cure your popping or high idle problem due to it being too lean.
