These are 100% nail polish strips and NOT stickers. They are base, polish and top coat all in one. (Even though I still like to do a clear top coat to extend life of strip!) Package includes prep wipe and mini nail file.

There are 16 nail polish strips per package - enough for 2 applications. Google a YouTube video on how to keep them from drying out!
