Our items have been well cared for, but have had a previous life. New pieces may be slightly shop soiled. All obvious flaws and marks are described. Photos form part of the item description. Colours can differ on screens. Larger size items may have been pinned on our dress form (which is a size 12). We have a smoke free home. Please feel free to ask any questions.

Payment is required within 4 days. We use prepaid tracked Australia post satchels within Australia. For combined shipments we will fit as many items as possible into pre-paid satchels.

We usually post on the same business day.

International Postage is usually $28. Taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Please let us know if you think we've missed something, and we'll fix it. We offer a full refund service and we will fairly resolve any issue. Returns will only be considered within 7 days of the buyer’s receipt of the item. The item must be returned via tracked mail. Buyer pays return post (unless we are at fault).
