Professionally Refurbished, moderate wear. This PC may show signs of wear such as a dings and scratches to the body. The LCD may have noticeable blemishes on the surface such as light scuffs and/or thin scratches. All computers are cleaned, reconfigured with necessary components, and freshly reloaded with Windows. The firmware version is usually closest to whatever Microsoft is delivering at the moment.

Quality and Inspection Standards

Laptop has been tested and the functionality of all components are guaranteed to be in good working order. We install Microsoft Windows with the newest updates along with any driver or firmware updates that Microsoft has available. The battery health on this configuration is typically 50-70% health with decent charge capacity for immediate usage. Battery wear-out is not a part of the warranty as it is a consumable part. The machine will not be locked to other MDM systems such as PanGP, Computrace, Absolute Persistence, Intune, etc. All installed drives have been zero-wiped, so there is no chance of a any previous data interfering with the operation of the machine. Computers are cleaned internally and externally and are expertly packed and shipped via a common carrier.

Windows and Recovery Information

Your Windows installation will be fully activated out of the box using a unique digital license. Recovery media can be created on any Windows 10/11 machine using a program from Microsoft and an 8GB flash drive.

Warranty

For up to one year after receipt of the product, we will provide technical support for the product and a returns process to fix products found to be defective limited to the original hardware configuration and the licensing of any Microsoft Windows software installed. Software and data such as the OS, programs, drivers, and personal files are not covered under warranty service, however in rare cases, we can help when data is still intact and access to data for backup is unfettered. This warranty covers only the hardware of any products that are or have become defective in the first year. This warranty does not cover items that are mishandled or abused. Battery wear-out is not a part of the warranty, however please let us know within 30 days if you have received a totally dead battery and we will do our best to resolve it with a similar or better battery than described in the listing.
