There are some slight imperfections where the mask was initially attached to a helmet, but it was removed shortly after purchasing and replaced with a different style visor. (MODEL 95457)

Chin strap was purchased directly from Green Gridiron, but was too large. Was never put onto a helmet, and is in perfect shape.
