This set was made by Fenton Art Glass during the Stretch Glass period, approximately between 1917 and the 1930s.

It is made of Celeste Blue iridescent or stretch glass, characterized by its soft, lustrous iridescence and often a subtle "onion skin" effect. The handles are applied cobalt blue glass.
