Introduction:

• Portable vibration measurer is been used for mechanical vibration measurement, analysis and application. It can transfer time-domain signal to frequency domain signal with its fast Fourier Transform method（FFT）, therefore KV-3000 can locate fault point and find out the reason. 
• Our vibration measurer also equip 2.4 inches TFT color screen, Bluetooth 2.0 wireless communication technique, multi measuring mode and so on. These features can make measurer more suited to the job requirements of the industrial field and provide customers with more convenience. Its performance has reached the contemporary international advanced level of similar measurer.

Working Theory:

• Use ICP acceleration transducer, to transfer vibration signal to electrical signal. 
• To analysis the input signal, customer will obtain the peak acceleration, true RMS, peak coefficient, speed RMS and displacement peak-peak of vibration measurement. 
• Customer also can print the measure data and spectrum list out.

Application:

• Apply to conventional vibration measurement, especially rotate or reciprocating machinery measurement. Not only the acceleration, velocity and displacement of vibration, but also simple fault diagnosis and data printing. 
• KV-3000 is used on machine building, electricity, metallurgy, vehicle and so on.
