Dispatch Options
All products are located in and shipped from our storage facility in Sydney. Most orders are shipped with Australia Post. We may use other couriers such as Startrack, Toll, Capital Logistics, etc - depending on the size of your order and location.
Dispatch Times
Orders will be posted out either on the day or within 1 business day after order confirmation and we will do our best to get your item delivered without delay. In the rare case there are any issues with our processing and dispatch times, and we are 1 day late, we will let you know and dispatch via express postage, free of charge to you - in some cases you may get your items even faster!
Delivery Information
All deliveries will include a tracking number which will be uploaded after the item has been dispatched. Many high-valued items will include a signature on delivery (SOD) to prevent items being lost or stolen. In some instances, you may be contacted by the courier or delivery driver regarding the upcoming delivery or in the case of a missed delivery.
Please check your eBay delivery status by viewing the tracking section on your eBay order or visit the courier's website directly and track your parcel using the tracking number attached to your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Deliveries via standard postage are usually delivered within 1-6 business days after dispatch for most parcels.
Express deliveries are much faster and are usually delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch (excluding regional/rural).
If you require the item urgently, please choose the express postage option, available for just a small additional cost.
International Postage

Returns and Refunds
Every item sent out to you is done with passion and care, and we try our best to provide you with the best experience possible. We understand there may be times when you might change your mind about your purchase and return your item back to us for a refund.
'Change of Mind' Returns
At Diverzity, we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If in any case you would like to return this item, we are pleased to offer a 30-day change of mind return period for most items. Please lodge your return request via your eBay Purchase history.
For all change of mind returns, you will be responsible for the return postage cost. Please ensure the item is well packaged. For high-valued products, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we will not be able to assist if the product goes missing in transit.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same original state it was posted in. We will inspect the item upon return and if it is not in the same original condition (i.e. damaged by the buyer, missing/opened manufacturer seal, opened item, different serial number), a fee of up to 50% will be deducted from the refund as per eBay Refund Guidelines and eBay Terms and Conditions and you risk losing your eBay Money-Back Guarantee privileges.
'Significantly Not As Described' Returns
In the very rare case where you have received the item, but the item is damaged or it does not match the listing description (SNAD), please reach out! We are here to help you resolve any issues and providing you with the best resolution possible. If your item is significantly not as described, you may request a return on eBay or send us an eBay message to resolve the issue. In some cases, we may provide a partial refund while allowing you to keep the item.
Please lodge your return request via your eBay Purchase history. You have 30 days from the date of delivery (or estimated delivery date), whichever is later, to request a return. For all SNAD returns, we are responsible for the return postage cost. In some cases, we will provide you with a return label and we will work with you on how to return your item. For SNAD returns where eBay has generated a paid return label, please follow the return instructions from eBay.
Please ensure the item is well packaged. For high-valued products, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we will not be able to assist if the product goes missing in transit.
We carefully analyse all SNAD returns and if the return is a fraudulent or incorrect return, we reserve the right to report any issues to eBay to investigate.
Returns Postage Fee
For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for the return postage cost.
For faulty, defective or dead on arrival returns, we will pay for the return postage cost.

Once we receive your return, we will strive to quickly process your return. If your return is valid, we will process your refund within 3 business days as per the timeframes provided by eBay.
