Packaging - we do not guarantee mint cards or boxes, if you want mint packaging please ask before buying.

Shipping - all items will be sent boxed and well packaged, all items will be tracked, we set a target of 5 days for shipping but we are usually much quicker than this. Some loose figures may be sent in padded envelopes.

Tracking numbers - all items are sent tracked, we prefer to use and support our local Post Office so tracking numbers are not uploaded automatically which may mean your item appears to be untracked. We are happy to provide tracking numbers on request, please just ask.

Returns - we are happy to accept returns for any reason whatsoever, buy with confidence, if you aren't happy simply send it back.

Combined shipping - we combine shipping, items must be bought together to qualify for a combined shipping discount. If paying full price, shipping will be calculated automatically. If making offers please request either a shipping invoice or a combined shipping refund if payment was automatically taken.
