I can't tell you much about this other than it arrived from an old village garage many years ago. Although it has spent the last 20+ years sitting in a compartment tray of a small plastic tray block, age has got the better of this, leading to discolouration (going grey). Therefore, I'm selling as 'used' as I cannot guarantee it's new, despite arriving with a large quantity of new old stock.
