Condition:You will receive the item  in the first photo.  Decals look good. FLAW-corner of the counter is chipped.  It may show scuffs, scratches, wear. Overall, good but not perfect condition. Superficially cleaned. Nothing offensive in appearance. No odors.  

Donor piece-originally came with #2551, Little People Neighborhood. Marked 1989. That set was sold from 1989-1990.
