Vintage 1986 ceramic NAC USA PINK cadillac car cookie jar & lid minor flaws *AS IS*

a few small chips under the lid on the car and one on the outside of the lid. See photos.

Bottom is marked 1986, N.A.C, U.S.A, ACCJ*3 

not certain what the NAC or ACCJ stand for, I searched and can not find anything on it.
