Here we have a vintage Dinky Toys #641 Army 1 Ton Cargo Truck by Meccano Ltd. England.  Box has issues but the vehicle has never been played with.  Near Mint condition. Driver is loose inside cab of truck.

Measures 3 1/8" high and 1 1/4" wide at base.  No chipped paint.
