This listing is for “Anything is Possible When You Wish on a Star” featuring the Winfield character from the Cherished Teddies line. It looks like this was just opened to look at it as the figure is still in the plastic. This has two pieces, the figure and a base.  This comes with the foam and nameplate, but no certificate of adoption.  This is listed as a Millennium Limited Edition Figure.
