1.Do not Damage the Battery with Sharp Objects or External Force; Prevent Short Circuits by Keeping Away from Small Metal Items Such as Paper Clips, Coins, or Nails.
2.During Charging, Protect the Battery from Direct Sunlight, Contamination, and Keep It Away from Fire Sources and Moisture.
3.Recommended Storage and Operating Temperature Range: -20°C to 50°C. Extremes May Limit Battery Performance.
4.Recommended Charging Temperature Range: 0°C to 45°C. Excessive Heat Increases Fire Risk.

Warranty Policy
1. From date of purchase:
- Power tools, including batteries and chargers: 12-month warranty
- Household and gardening tools: 6-month warranty
- Zhuomei tools: 6-month warranty
- Measuring tools: 12-month warranty
- Accessories: No warranty period.
2. During the warranty period, free repairs are provided for quality-related issues. For faults or damage not arising from quality defects, customers shall bear the repair costs. Examples include: replacement of seals, carbon brushes, and other wear parts; natural wear of gears, bearings, etc.; damage caused by overloading, improper use, or any unauthorised modification or disassembly of the product.
3. Regarding rust: Products sold by this shop are not stainless steel. Machines are coated with machine oil upon leaving the factory to prevent exposure to atmospheric moisture. Rust may occur when tools come into direct contact with the human body (e.g., operating tools or accessories without gloves) or when stored in environments with excessively high humidity. Please consult customer service for rust removal guidance.
