From my collection, a nice silver-plated four-in-one bartender's tool, named the "Big Dipper". It is a spirits measure, ice scoop with tongs and a bottle opener and measures about 8 1/2” long. Manufactured, and marked, by the Napier Company of Meriden, Connecticut.

The finish presents nicely though there are indicators use and age. If you look at the last picture, you can see an oval area that is shiny, but reflects light differently, likely caused by wear at the place your thumb would grasp it. Within the measure, there is also some wear. The rainbow effect on the bottom of the measure, where is says “Napier pat. Pend” is caused by the light fixture on my ceiling.
