I DID FIND A 6x12 lime green baseplate (see last photo) and it is included.

STILL MISSING: the green sink, 3 blue roof pcs. and the 2 cloth pieces. Hopefully this will help you complete a set you have.

Clean. It is hard to get between the studs, but I wipe all the flat sides with disinfectant wipes. From a smoke free home. No musty smell.
