When I bought this I had to fix some things. The manger had little pegs that connected it together, but they were broken, so I used modeling glue and hot glue to fix it. Some of the pieces were also missing, i.e., 2 stone walls and 2 camels. I also had to glue one or two other small things. Overall, it still works, and all the pieces move around like they should. The light that lights up the newborn king still works. The music still plays. The sound dial is a little touchy but works well. It's a really great holiday set that you can get for a great price if you're ok with it not being 100 percent complete.
