Item is new in the box from retail dealer stock and has never been removed from the original packaging including the plastic cover that can be seen in photos.  

Beautiful ceramic Grinch house and artistically detailed.  Features a new house has come to Christmas Lane with decorations featuring some familiar characters.  This festive house has colored string lights and a slew of Dr. Seuss decorations.  The collection includes a leaning tree, a directional sign pointing the way to Who-ville, a Grinch driven sleigh on the roof and a Grinch trying to run away with Christmas lights. It is brand new in box and unopened with manufacturers plastic covering.  As a result, photos were taken with covering on. The item is stored in expanded polyethylene material packaging and with a colored image sleeve over it. Zoom in to review overall awesome condition and sold as seen in photos. A fun addition for a Who-ville Display.
