1. Orders will be dealed in 3 days. Tracking numbers will be updated within 3 days when the order was shipped.

2. For international order: your country's import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in your order. Please contact the shipping carrier and your local custom office regarding these fees.

3. The default delivery is SpeedPAK Standard. It takes over 20 days when you get it.  If you want a quicker shipping way, you can contact with us.

1. We offer a Limited Warranty to entire products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under a normal service conditions for a period of 90 days whichever occurs form the original date of purchase.

2. No exchanges will be made for any product that has been damaged, misused or improper installed. We always recommend professional installation of our products.

3. The buyer assumes risk of damage caused by improper installation.

1. To return an item, you must email us first and get approval to send the item back. Item must be in the original box, all items in the box. 

2. There will be 20% restocking fee for all items returned that are not defective. 

3. You may return an item you are not satisfied within 15 days and receive a refund minus shipping. 

4. Defective items have a 45 days grace period for refund or exchange, after then, you must pay to ship to us, no refund, exchange only.
