These are so beautiful and classic!! They are made with the for wing (top) pair of the Monarch butterfly. I also have the hindwing pair of this butterfly listed.I only have 1 pair on hand of each variety forwing and hindwing. So, if you want these.... Don't Hesitate. The Monarchs always sell very quickly and it takes me about a month to make more.

All of my wings come from ethical butterfly farms where the butterflies live out their full natural lifespan in a greenhouse like enclosure stocked with their favorite food and egg laying plants. After they have w laid their eggs they have fulfilled their purpose and pass peacefully. They are then collected and sold to scientists, collectors and artisans like me. Butterfly farming has the positive effects of putting black market, illegal butterfly hunters out of business and giving the residents in tropical areas an alternative income source so they don't have to sell land and trees for clear cutting.
