Essentials Of Ultra-Low Temperature Refrigeration

1. Before storing items, first run the storage box empty and allow it to reach a stable operating state (approximately 12 hours). Once the box has sufficiently cooled down, you can then place the refrigerated items inside.
2. When placing items or other products inside the box, do not overload or crowd them. Ensure there is adequate spacing to facilitate the circulation of cold air within the box.
3. The refrigeration system of the low-temperature storage box is designed to maintain ultra-low temperatures, not to serve as a rapid freezing device. If you need to store a large volume of items (especially those with high moisture content), they should be pre-cooled in a separate quick-freezing device before being placed in this system to avoid prolonged operation of the refrigeration system.
4. When the initial storage quantity is large, a gradual temperature reduction setting should be implemented, reducing the temperature by 10°C at each step and maintaining it for 7-10 hours until the desired storage temperature is reached.
5. The low-temperature storage box is used for storing general biological products. It is not a rapid cooling device, and items with high moisture content should be cooled beforehand before being refrigerated.
