Dykem Cross Check Torque Sealants provide excellent adhesion and are easily broken if there is any movement with in the part. The sealant is highly visible in ambient light and fluorescent under UV light, making identification very easy. They are safe to use on most surfaces. Markal Security Paint Marker has a non-drip formula that is easily applied, giving a visual indication for identifying tampered or loosening nuts, bolts or parts by vibration. Each tube is packed with an extended plastic tip allowing custom marking. It virtually marks any surface including steel, iron, stainless steel, aluminium, alloys and super alloys, non-ferrous metals, rubber, tyres, glass and plastic etc. It is dry to touch in 15mins; full cure in 4 days. Marking Range: 20°C to 70°C (-4°F to 158°F). Mark Temperature Resistance: 200°C (392°F). This marker is heavy metal free increasing user safety. At 50ml this tube is also excellent value for money. Bäder Torque Sealant Zero is the first of their kind to be 100% water-based. Manufactured to mark & visually secure screw connections; enabling early detection of movement by tampering or vibration. The Zero Range of Torque Sealants are Water-Based, Solvent Free, Food Safe*, VOC-Free & HAP-Free. VOC-Free means these sealants are climate-friendly but also offer a safe alternative to conventional tamper proof sealant systems classified as hazardous substances. These sealants are non electrically conductive; perfect for use in the electronics industry and the marks are UV & weather resistant for at least 4 years. They are resistant to water, oil and petrol, as well as to diluted acids and alkalines and can be used at temperatures up to ca. 90° C. Dust dry after approx. 10mins; Fully hardened after 12hrs **
