Case is stamped on the back with either an 1886 or 1889 date code. It does show some wear scratches and dings. Dial has the typical Seth Thomas paint loss and other wear. Being sold for parts or repairs, it has not been thoroughly tested and the movement could likely use at least a cleaning and service. I posted a video of it ticking on the wall for almost 3 minutes to my YouTube channel.

However it did not strike, afterwards I applied some reverse pressure to the mainspring and it activated but slowly. This clock may only strike the hours and not the half, I am not certain. The video is not a guarantee that the clock will come out of the box running, it is still sold for parts or repairs. Please view all 24 photos for measurements and condition. Measures about 21 1/2” x 14 1/4”.
