King Hussein I and Ali Al Hussein
(1935-1999) He was King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
from 1952-99. Hussein struggled to balance his generally pro-Western
policies with his pro-Palestinian neighbors and factions within his
country; and Ali Al Hussein (1948-1977) She was Queen of Jordan as
the third wife of King Hussein from their marriage on 24 December 1972
until her death in a helicopter crash in 1977. Rare custom season's
