NOTES ON SHIPPING:

1) Plants can often be damaged in transit due to inclement weather, however, we offer an optional 72 hour heat pack that will ensure your plant arrives without cold damage as long as there are no postal delays.  Weather damage is not  covered without a heatpack! It is the customer's responsibility to add a heatpack to their order if needed.

2) We ship from the Metro Detroit area of Michigan where it can get cold enough to snow from September to May, we try to be mindful of temperatures and take plant and cutting orders to the post office when weather dictates instead of having our carrier pick up.

3) To try and prevent possible issues with delays, we currently recommend plants and cuttings be shipped via UPS. 

4) We do offer optional heatpacks on a separate listing to help keep plants warm in winter transport.
